Young Jupiter Catering (YJC) is an innovation derived from the concept of farm to table. As we seek to empower immigrants, women and children to dive back into agricultural production of culturally beloved foods, we envision a full-flavor agro-tourism enterprise where food can be consumed where it is produced. We grow local and sell local. Since 2020, the YJC have been providing culturally diverse, ethnic dish from the Democratic Republic of the Congo to its clientele.
